The program is divided into three progressive levels: Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Upper Intermediate.
Learners who:
Can communicate but lack fluency

Interact socially in everyday situations
Give short and simple presentations
Write and respond to basic e-mails
Use the telephone confidently at the workplace
Describe holidays, food, people and daily activities in simple language
On completion, you become eligible for the Intermediate Level.
Learners who:
Can speak basic English but want to express ideas more clearly
Need to improve formal communication and workplace English
Speak fluently and explain moderately complex ideas
Use the telephone comfortably (leave messages, handle complaints, etc.)
Write formal and informal emails
Lead and actively participate in meetings
Take part in general conversations in English
Read and understand English newspapers and magazines
On completion, you become eligible for the Upper Intermediate Level.
Learners who already speak English well but want to reach professional-level communication.
Use grammar accurately in speech and writing
Speak confidently on any topic
Talk about different aspects of work such as marketing, management, project management, finance, quality, etc.
Make work-related presentations including progress reports
Write all types of formal business e-mails
Negotiate and participate effectively in meetings
On completion, learners can enrol in the Business Communication Course for advanced professional enhancement.
